DELIVERY + RETURN POLICY

Delivery

  • All the products in my store are printed on demand by my supplier. 

    Items have a production lead time of 4 to 6 working days for orders containing 1 to 5 items, and 9+ days for orders containing 6 items or more. 

    Delivery times in Canada average 2 to 7 working days. Delivery times may be slightly longer in areas far from Montreal or other major centers. For example, a parcel shipped with Canada Post's Expedited service may take 5 days to arrive in Vancouver, British Columbia, and a parcel shipped with the same service may take 13 days to arrive in Iqaluit, Nunavut.

    Delivery times in the United States average 2 to 6 working days. 

    You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, if applicable, as soon as your order is on its way. The majority of orders within Canada will be sent with tracking, with the exception of smaller items that can be sent with regular mail (no tracking number). All orders to the United States will be sent with tracking.

    It is also important to note that factors beyond my control, such as carrier delays, strikes or peak periods, may affect these times. I am not responsible for these factors.

  • From my supplier's facilities in Montreal, Quebec, for Canadian orders, and from Champlain, New York, for U.S. orders.

    My supplier ships orders 3 times a week directly from the USA to avoid long delivery times and the uncertainty of customs charges. So no customs fees or other surprise taxes for US residents. Hooray!

    For orders over $800, shipping charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

  • In Canada, orders are shipped via Canada Post. Most orders are sent via Xpresspost, which provides a tracking number. Only smaller items can be sent by regular mail (without tracking number).

    In the United States, orders are shipped with USPS or Fedex and include a tracking number.

  • If your order hasn't been shipped yet, no problem! Write to me as soon as you realize it, giving the correct address and order number, and I'll contact my supplier to see if it's still possible to change the address.

    If unfortunately the order has already been shipped, it will be impossible to change the address or redirect the package. Orders should be returned to my supplier and I will send you a notification when the package is returned. You will then need to provide me with a valid address and pay the return shipping costs. 

    If the order is not returned to my supplier because of an incorrect delivery address, the replacement order will be at your expense.

  • For the moment, our products are only available in Canada and the United States.

  • For delivery in Canada, the fixed charge is $7 CAD per order plus $2 CAD per additional item.

    For delivery in the United States, the fixed charge is $20 CAD per order plus $3 CAD per additional item. There are no customs duties or other taxes to pay upon receipt of orders, since items are shipped directly from the United States.

  • All orders are put on hold for 12 hours by my supplier to allow time for cancellation. You can cancel your order within this time.

  • I do not accept returns or exchanges, as all my products are printed on demand specifically for each order. This means that I don't keep an inventory of items and that each piece is produced individually according to the customer's choices. It is therefore important to check the details of your order before confirming it. 

    However, if your product has a defect or if there is an error in the printing, please do not hesitate to contact me so that I can rectify the situation.

  • Because we're human, we occasionally make a little mistake! If something is missing from your order, or if there is a printing or manufacturing defect or error, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. A photo will be required to show us the faulty product. If necessary, we'll be happy to replace the item as soon as possible.

    It is important to note that since each item is printed on demand, there may be slight variations from the image shown on my site. These differences are normal and part of the uniqueness of each product. Consequently, returns for slight variations are not accepted.

  • Élisabeth Benoît is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
